some other time i'll gush over the outstanding coffee, the cool staff, the owner's distinctively charismatic style, how easy it is for me to get work done when i'm there. originally from chicago and only recently having moved here to pittsburgh, i've lived overseas (europe) twice, and i've become familiar with (and endeared to) cafe culture: caffe mona is among the very best i've ever experienced.

you get "exquisite" and "laid back/comfy" and "superbly delicious" all rolled into one - you also get "full", if you care to, as the meals are terrific - and all of this effortlessly, it seems. it's a remarkable combination for a coffeehouse.
